Pulp hat noble/resolute bereits, aber nur mit bashclub-zsync. Die Ausweichlogik prüfte die Distribution statt des Pakets und griff nicht mehr; die Ubuntu-Tests konnten bashclub-checkzfs nicht installieren. Vorher funktionierte es nur, weil der CI-Runner über einen alten DNS-Eintrag den abgeschalteten aptly-Server nutzte.

Pulp already has noble and resolute, but only with bashclub-zsync. The
fallback checked for the distribution (Release file) and no longer applied,
so the Ubuntu tests could not install the dependency bashclub-checkzfs.
It worked before only because the CI runner still reached the old aptly
server via an internal DNS record, which had no noble/resolute at all.
